The Friends of the Burbank Public Library Adopt A Book Program provides a year-round opportunity to give a gift that can be opened again and again.
Graduations, birthdays, teacher recognition, in memoriam, or a new baby are just a few of the reasons to adopt. You may adopt a book, a DVD, or a CD.
Stop by any Burbank Public Library to complete an adoption form, or print out this form and mail it in with your check. Your receipt and a thank-you letter showing the commemorative bookplate will be mailed to you.
